PRODIGY-E Study Visit Successfully Held at SUNP

The PRODIGY-E consortium successfully conducted a two-day study visit on April 15–16, 2026, at the State University of Novi Pazar. The event brought together partner institutions to exchange knowledge and best practices on the implementation of Project Management Offices (PMOs) in higher education.

Key discussions focused on strengthening PMO capacities, integrating modern AI tools into project management, and improving financial planning under the Erasmus+ lump sum model. Partners presented their institutional experiences, explored collaborative opportunities, and emphasized the strategic importance of PMOs for sustainable project development.

The visit concluded with a joint commitment to enhance cooperation and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives across the consortium.
