REPORT

On the 5th of December 2025 all, except one, of the consortium representatives gathered in Visoka poslovno tehnička škola in Doboj. Once the meeting was opened all the consortium member representatives presented some basic information about the institution or company they represent. After a small overview of the meeting agenda was led by the host institution representative.

The structure of the project as well as its milestones where presented with the expected results. Each member representative had a chance to ask questions. After this everyone was introduced to online platforms and technologies that will be used to monitor progression and tasks, communication channels and platforms where established as well as Project Support Team and Quality Control Team.

The second day of the meeting consisted of reviewing any questions and explenation and the website for the project along with any other social media platforms and methods of deseminaton.

The meeting was concluded the same day.
